Her extensive background ranges from high tech to biotech industries. Start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Strategic planning to creative development. All while getting the maximum effectiveness out of any budget. Prior to forming EQwest, Chris served as an account supervisor for Andersen Jones Partners, a marketing communications manager for Beckman Coulter, Inc., and a marketing director for Competisys Corporation. When Chris isn't guiding marketing efforts, you'll find her spending time with her family, hanging out with her animals, or training Jiu Jitsu.

For over 15 years, Mel has combined her strategic strengths with her visual expertise to produce memorable marketing solutions for healthcare, pet care, cosmetics, food packaging, real estate, travel, and sports. Whether Mel's capturing an audience with graphics, riding her horses, or throwing a ball to her dogs, she strives to reach every goal in the most effective and unexpected ways.
